Class Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you have symptoms or believe you have been exposed to any contagious disease including but not limited to Covid-19, do not come to class. Let me know that you are ill and I will refund you for the class. 

Cancellations for other reasons are not refundable.

If the instructor is ill, class will be canceled and students will receive a refund for the class.

Arriving on Time

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. Contact me as soon as possible if you think you will be late. If you miss the warm-up you may not be able to participate for safety reasons.

Warming up is very important. When you walk into class, your body is at rest. Warming up is how we get our bodies ready to work hard. It prepares your mind to move, gets you familiar with the types of movements we will be doing in class, offers a time to “check-in” with your body, raise your heart rate and body temperature (super necessary to stick to the pole), prepare your joints for additional stress, and generally start up all the systems your body has to help you sustain vigorous movement.
